How do we go about a mixture between new LeBlanc and old LeBlanc?

Why not simply decrease the time for sigil to activate based on current AP? This way you get the best of both worlds as far as you were asking, time to kill, while still scaling into the game without being unnecessarily painful for LeBlanc or their opponent.

That would work far better than this stuff, lol.

They just need to give her QoL nerfs like they have done to every other champ similar to her. No reason in hell she should have a 3 second TP and be able to recall INSTANTLY. Also her passive is the most anti-fun thing I have ever seen. Her q should just be a nuke in and of itself with no pop ability but in return make it do the bouncing thing for wave clear.
