R- Noxious Trap Kumungu Mushrooms Passive: When Teemo is in the game, an extra plant called a Kumungu Mushroom is available within the jungle that spawns when this ability is first unlocked and respawn every 120/105/90 seconds. These plants can be harvested to immediately grant Teemo a charge of Kumungu Mushrooms. Allied champions can grab them to gain a Kumungu Mushroom as a consumable item. Using the item will throw a Kumungu Mushroom to the target location. Kumungu Mushrooms thrown by allies function identically to mushrooms thrown by Teemo, using Teemo's stats to calculate the damage dealt. There are two mushroom plants in each quadrant of the jungle, being in front of each non-buff camp. Allies can only hold one mushroom at a time. If a mushroom thrown by an ally kills an enemy, Teemo will be granted the kill but the ally who threw the mushroom will be granted an assist. If there are no available item slots for use, the Kumungu Mushroom will temporarily replace your Trinket for the next use. After placing the mushroom, your trinket returns to normal. Every 40/35/30 seconds, Teemo gains a charge of Kumungu Mushrooms and can hold up to 2/3/4 charges of Kumungu Mushrooms. Active: Teemo throws a Kumungu Mushroom to the target location that arms and enters stealth after a 1.5 second delay and lasts for 6/7/8 minutes. Upon being stepped on, the mushroom will explode to deal 4/6/8% (+1% per 100 AP) of each nearby enemy's max health as magic damage over 4 seconds, slowing them by 30/40/50% and revealing them for the duration. Enemy minions that step on mushrooms will take 200/300/400 (+40% AP) magic damage instead and will trigger the mushroom after a 0.75 second delay, during which the mushroom will shimmer, but not become visible. Mushrooms have 6 health and can only be damaged by champion basic attacks (2 damage from ranged and 3 from melee). Mushrooms can bounce on top of each other to travel 300/400/500 units in the direction thrown. Mushrooms can bounce multiple times. Cost: 75 mana Cool Down: 0.25 seconds Recharge Time: 40/35/30 seconds Range: 400/650/900 Bounce Distance: 300/400/500 Explosion Radius: 200 Sight Radius: 250/350/450 Trigger Range: 60 Max Charges: 2/3/4

CHANGE LOG NEW Good Ol' Fashioned Devil Teamwork: Mushrooms can now be harvested in the jungle by Teemo and his allies once Teemo unlocks his ultimate to allow them all to place mushrooms. Mushrooms planted by allies are the exact same as mushrooms thrown by Teemo. Allied thrown mushrooms grant assists to the ally who threw them. Recharge Time: 30/25/20 seconds -> 40/35/30 seconds Max Charges Held: 3 -> 2/3/4 Arm Time: 1 second -> 1.5 seconds Mushroom Duration: 5 minutes -> 6/7/8 minutes Damage Dealt: 200/325/450 (+50% AP) -> 4/6/8% (+1% per 100 AP) max health NEW Lane Control: Mushrooms deal flat damage to minions (200/300/400 (+40% AP)) and detonate after a 0.75 second delay if triggered by minions, during which they will shimmer before detonating. Sight Radius: 212.5 -> 250/350/450 NEW Bounce Infinity: Mushrooms can now bounce multiple times if they land on another mushroom after bouncing. There is no limit to the number of times this can occur.

EXPLANATION Goal here is to make mushrooms a much bigger threat to the enemy team by making placing mushrooms a potentially team-wide effort. Allies can now harvest mushroom plants to place a mushroom. This can be especially helpful for establishing early map control near Dragon. Teemo can also harvest a mushroom plant to immediately grant him a charge for his ultimate. This new system of mushrooms allows mushrooms to immediatley become a global threat early in the game with team coordination. With this new strength however, there is some some trade offs and adjustments to mushrooms so they aren't so insane. Teemo himself is a little less efficient, especially early game, with using mushrooms since the recharge time has been increased by 10 seconds at all ranks and the number of mushrooms Teemo can be holding has been changed to 2/3/4 from 3 at all ranks, causing shroom dominance around Teemo's lane to be less intense early in the game. The arm time of shrooms has also been increased so that coordinated shroom storms from an entire team aren't as insane. The damage dealt from mushrooms has also been changed to % Max Health damage so that the enemy squishy champions aren't just in constant limbo within their own jungle. Finally, shrooms explode after a short delay and give a warning if set off by minions. This change was made both so mushrooms can have multiple uses (Jungle Control/Vision or Minion Lane Control?) and so that Teemo's team can't just make every single lane as deadly of a minefield. The sight radius of mushrooms has also been buffed to make them better at their job since Control Wards and Sweeper trinkets counter this part of them very hard, so might as well compensate them. Finally, Teemo shrooms are now much easier to spread around since mushrooms no longer have limit to how much they can bounce. Have fun fellow Teemo players creating an elaborate travel system to make it to where you can shroom Baron from your own base. To finish this up, mushroom duration has also been buffed since the threat of being chunked by a mushroom in your own jungle is much less of a thing now (unless you consider 15%~ max health over 4 seconds as chunked). This improves Teemo's vision and control game immensely.

Don't you encourage this shit plant system lol fuck this

Confirmed, anything that includes the word "Plant" in it is now hated by the community, even if it isn't RNG.

Plants, Zyra, Maokai Soon they will come for Ivern

Well if your Kumungu mushroom doesn'T spawn at the exact same spot every time surprise it IS rng.

No, it isn't. Where does it say it doesn't spawn at the same time? Once Teemo levels R, every plant spot spawns and then every time they are picked up, it goes on a 120-90 second respawn timer. Plus, say it WAS RNG where it spawned. That hardly matters. It's an out of combat effect that will hardly ever be a helpful option if you being chased through the Jungle.
