You guys stated that they are subject to change but when the entire community objects to velkoz getting a rework for whatever reasom ( because hes already in a great state, theres other champs who need it more, scared you'll ruin him), you dont seem to be changing your opinion or listening. Personally i think there are tons of immobile mages who need it more - Karma, annie, syndra, Lux
Vanjie3 votesExactly. Perfect Riot reasoning is that they don't think he is fully being recognized in the game and doing much in team fights. That is not the case though because I have seen MANY Vel'Koz mains do extremely well. Riot has already responded to comments about their decision and they intend to keep him and Brand on the list. Brand and Vel'Koz do not need any changes . . . . or can wait. I have no words to describe Riot's decision to update Vel and Brand when Karma, Syndra and even Annie could do more with it. They are a bunch of imbeciles.

The champions aren't locked, but what they consider atm. Other mages will get touchups (think Twitch in the marksman update, not Graves).
Karma is considered a support mage, like Morg and Ori, who will get looked into at a later date (maybe). Same goes for artillery mages (Xerath, Lux, Ziggs).
Syndra will most likely get soime changes to her passive.

SilverSquid1 votesI have the distinct feeling, that they have no idea what to do with her, nobody plays her anyways, and since she is healthy and whenever they touch her the community either cracks or complains... so why even try? In the meantime, any excuse will do.
I am currently preparing a huge post for this anyways...

SilverSquid1 votesYes, she is fair, and balanced, but lacks depth and uniqueness. This wouldn't be a problem, if she hadn't already had it, and then had it taken from her.
Post is currently 2.5k words. Might get shorter or longer during rephrasing process. Trying to make it as condensed and comprehensive as possible. It's gonna be called "What can be done about Karma?". You will see it.
