+5 armor +5 magic resist and Second Wind are very overlooked(especially in bot lane)

I've been hearing a lot of people complain about champions like Karma, Sona, and other poke champions in bot lane etc... I almost always see the same people going full damage and wondering why they're getting poked out of lane so hard.

Seriously try a Doran's Shield with second wind and one of the +5(armor or MR) runes and your lane will be a lot more manageable. I can understand if defensive runes didn't exist at all but they do, and every adc is able to take them.

yeah, but compared to what the other trees offer, the +5 armor OR +5 mr seem very bad.

+5 armor/MR isn't very appealing at all specially when you consider all the amounts of extra damage you could be getting instead which seem way better in the eyes. Second wind is nice but once again you are going down a tree that doesn't really offer a whole lot you care about in general, unless you are a tank of sorts.
