Riven need nerfs no matter how you see it riven is broken
And no i dont care if darius or garen counter her because this 2 champs fail off late game while riven become stronger!
She get to have no CD on her ulti....ok? that disgusting!
Plus her abitlies cost nothing so she can free escape by dashing again and again!

She's a naturally strong laner. And if your saying Garen falls of late Game i'd like to say that any ultimate that is counted as an Execute stays strong all game.
Although if you need more people who counter here I'll give you a decent list :D
