if everyone complains about slow games that take forever they could do this...

Decrease death timers, increase turret damage/range, and then finally increase all champ movespeed by 100 or something so that games are quick and no one complains that its too slow or non interactive, if riot wants to respond to this idea i wanna know what they say on it. is it a yes or nah idea?
