Basically the same influence as a support in every lane except you are the same level and gold as solo laners even if you don't get any kills. So literally a jungler is 5x more impactful than a support.
In before silver players tell me pro players just need to get good so they don't get ganked.
Are you talking about jungle XP, jungle gold, early game junglers that fall off, or power farmers?

Current setup if the jungler is smart will gank top at level 2 when the top lane has killed only 3 minions and is still lvl 1.
Instant win top lane if your laner has any brain.
