Low Tier ranked improvement ideas

Let's face it. Elo hell is real, and bronze tier needs some sort of way to filter out some of the afkers, trolls, feeders ect. or a way to escape the black hole if nothing else. some suggestions i have "some better than others" include

locking people out of ranked mode if they lose x number of games in a row until they win x unranked pvp summiners rift matches
eliminating the queudodge penalty or reducing it
automatically locking out people in ranked games who are being reviewed for disciplinary action of any kind until they are lifted or pardoned
make it so you can't LOSE points in bronze 5 and maybe 4 but make it so you only get them if you win.
allowing 3 players in a premade group instead of 2

This would be terrible. You get AFKs a few matches in a row and you're locked out of Ranked?
People would massively abuse this. For a while there was no LP penalty for dodging and it was heavily abused.
They put players on ranked restriction now. Banning people because of getting a few reports would be a terrible idea.
The ranked ladder doesn't work like that. This would cause massive rating inflation.

No. That's what 3s ranked is for. Solo queue isn't.

This isn't fair. You will get locked out for AFK'ers/feeders/ragers who lose you the game despite the fact you did NOTHING wrong.
This was added for a REASON. People used to dodge all the time when there WASN'T a penalty, so that is why RIOT implemented one to deter dodging. They did offer a -3 LP loss for your first dodge since they do understand it is sometimes necessary, but if you need to dodge so often that you're losing that much LP, I think you're playing ranked wrong.
This seems somewhat decent, but I was under the impression that people are banned for specific reasons. Their punishments are given for their respective "crimes", so there is no reason for them to be barred from ranked if their problem isn't actually involved with ranked.
I feel this is pointless because with the way the current system works, even IF you were able to obtain the LP to get out of that "grace" division, as soon as you got out of it, you would plummet straight back in because your MMR is so BAD that you're probably rated to be in B5 or even lower(since it doesn't exist).
I don't really see how adding another person will help. I mean, yes it allows for more "teamwork", but that is an unfair advantage for you which should/would probably result in you facing a LOT higher skilled players to make up for your "teamwork".
