Revert changes to Veigar's Event Horizon
Add an indicator (for enemies and allies) around Veigar that shows the maximum range for the outside edge of Event Horizon.

BuCkeT SeiZureS1 votesHonestly. If they kept the cast time and made the delay be .25, I would be fine with it. Then reflexes play a role. But .75 seconds is just too long. 2.5 second stun is also too long.
