If this champion is even remotely viable, she is 100% opressive and steamrolls everything in her sight.

She should be poppy'd and kept out of viability until a solution is found.

Nami is your answer if your ADC has a good base attack range. You can play the most defensive game of life and still win lane from sustain itself. Bubble and tidal wave messes with the lunge/all in's as well.
