I really do wonder why Riot is so insistent on adding more and more and more and MORE damage
Like why do they think
items need additional bursts of damage?
Why do they look at struggling champions and immediately think: "Yeah see the problem is they aren't doing enough damage obviously, so just pump that shit up and boom fixed!" Why do they almost never look at the dominant champs and think: "Hmm this champion is overperforming, maybe we should look at tuning them down..." And the few and far between star aligned moments where they DO nerf a dominant champions it's guaranteed to be a fucking joke where they'll take off some movespeed or lower an ability's stats by a whopping:

God fucking forbid Riot ever actually look at the fucking game in action and notice the fact that people are getting OVERKILLED BY BASIC FUCKING ABILITY COMBOS, nononononono the game is just fine how it is, just shave 25 damage off that 500+ damage basic ability with a cooldown lower than 5 seconds, they're balanced now that they're doing 475 damage every time they land it in addition to their other 500+ damage abilities.
Their balance policy needs to change sometime soon or the game will just continue on its downward spiral. Damage needs to be lowered, itemization needs to be prioritized.
