I guess singed's play style is the reason why, Janna can play so passive in laning phase while singed can cause you to rage quit. Not saying saying Janna shouldn't be nerfed, god she is annoying playing melee into. Just Rito favoritism at its finest move along nothing to see.
But the thing is Janna has a stable winrate, that doesn't really increase or decrease since she is always good Singed went from garbage to godly in one patch
Janna is an easy to play, easy to win on champion. Singed is quite the opposite of easy. If you see high WR on an easy champ, no big deal. If you see high WR on a difficult champ, raise the alarm.
How could you nerf Janna though? She already does no damage, has some of the highest mana costs in the game, and Is squishy enough to kill her in the unlikely event she's not with her team.
Taking away her utility kind of destroys the character.

She is an un-nerfable champion without severely hitting her to the point of unplayability. As long as she keeps her ez pz peel in Q and R it doesn't really matter what the rest of her kit does. As long as her E shields for SOME value and W provides SOME utility the values on them are largely irrelevant since she says no to almost every form of hard engage with snapcast Q or just hitting R.

Am I crazy? I think Singed is the worst champion in the game, then Janna right after.
That's my opinion. I personally rather have any other support besides Janna. I guess it's cause I like engaging and stuff more, so I'm probably biased, but both just don't fit my playstyle and what I want from my teammates.
