My prediction for Runaan's Hurricane.

  • No longer applies Kayle Passive to multiple targets.
  • No longer applies to Jinx Q.
  • No longer stacks Kennen W counter.

This is what happens when you set a precedent, Riot. If this Cailyn change goes though you'll be dealing with players bitching on the forums about 'X' champion and why they didn't get their Hurricane synergy removed.

nah, none of those are as cancer as caitlyn, sitting with armor pen every other auto (and increased damage) was just toxic

In my opinion lifesteal + runaan's is absolutely ridiculous. I'd say they need to take off where it can appliy lifesteal.
