Can the early surrender be changed to 4 instead of 5?

It really bothers me how the trolls I get can just say no to this and we're stuck with them making the early FF pointless.

Is it trolling to seriously think the game is still winnable?

Shit, come on. How often are you a) utterly and absolutely unable to come back from a disadvantage, b) not going to actually lose your Nexus in a timely fashion, AND c) don't have the necessary votes to surrender?

We're talking a few minutes here. If the amount of time you're forced to stay in a game stretches out long enough to actually be a tangible inconvenience, then that probably means you were right not to surrender!

Sure, but trolls gonna troll. The nature of MOBAs is that trolls can disrupt them with ease. But ff15 is already a dangerous tool, and widening its reach to save five minutes vs. trolls at the risk of prematurely surrendering games doesn't seem appropriate to me.
