Spear of Shojin is 400 gold more expensive, loses 15 ad and the mana regen passive, and swaps 300 mana for 250 health. This makes it not really appealing to Zed, who doesn't even build the current ER. Shit like Renekton or Riven, who build the current ER despite being manaless, is what's going to be broken.
