Help me with Mordekaiser

I know I said thing how Mord is lame af with the Rework but after seeing some streams that included Mord and me playing against one while playing Pantheon, im like ''Holy Crap''.

So I wanna give him a shot again

How do I build him since I have seen a Mord build Black Cleavers and Im just like ''Wait Mord is AP wtf?!''

ADC Morde is probably the strongest adc when the matchup is right. I build < item 3097 , item 2009 ><item 3116 > <item 3053 > <item 1082 > <item 3115 ><item 3020 > <item 3135 or item 3068 > <item 3143 or item 3742 >

The first two items is all that really matter you can build almost anything on Mordekaiser after that but know which items to use against the team you are facing. That could determine the outcome.
