Why is Gragas considered overpowered at the moment?
Wasn't he considered too weak a couple of weeks ago due to being overnerfed?
What happened now?

He can go full tank and he has a hp% damage. Also, he has a really good disengage/splitup ult.
Tank META.
Also, he can go TP Smite Top Lane quite viably.
EDIT: Also what Warlock said. Gragas' disengage is great in protect the ADC and Double ADC comps.
+ buffs to his jungling and mana.
He is tank with cc+mobility...
He's really just FotM. He's the discount Sejuani. Not as OP, but plays the same and has a fairly strong early game. The recent buffs to him put him over the edge. He was fairly strong before, but people didn't know how to build him before the CinderGrag. People were still trying to play him as a Mage, and that's why he had a 45% winrate (His AP build is subpar when compared to other champions). When people realized he is a strong tank, they were able to abuse him, but this all happened AFTER his buffs and the new enchantment was added. I think they don't need to nerf Gragas, just buff other junglers. The problem is going to be when they give Gragas and Sej the fighter jungler treatment. Nerf them both, and then buff other champions and playstyles at the same time, causing one style to be much more dominant than the other. I read that they were thinking of nerfing Cinderhulk to only deal full damage to Monsters and do less to champions. I think that is all they really need to do. Sejuani may need more tweaking (she actually gets more damage if she has a lot of HP), but Gragas's damage is lower than Sejuani and their CC and tankiness are comparable.
I think Gragas will get nerfed, but I really hope its something minor. If they overdo it, he will be in a really rough spot. He needs a small change or revert to put him in a better spot, and by that I mean I want him to be strong, but not 80% pick/ban. I'm thinking they will increase the CD on something, or they will revert some of his recent changes (Base Mana, W damage to monsters, or the increased slow on his Q). Anyway, those are my thoughts as a Top Lane/Support Tankgas player before Cinderhulk was added. I'm a hipster I guess, but I want Gragas to still be healthy in other roles if they cut some power out of his Jungling. Share your thoughts. Peace.
