After these items are built, you pretty much have all the damage in the world, and you can go tank after. It's really annoying where two items can be game breaking like that. Nerfs need to hit these.
I propose making BlackCleaver do less: 20% armor reduction, 4% stacking 5 times. I propose removing the CD reduction from Ghostblade but keeping the damage and steroid the same.
