I would pick Lethal Tempo on ADC's still if I wasn't always killed before it procs

I would pick Lethal Tempo on ADC's if it worked like old Fervor of Battle/Jinx's old Q passive. Where the longer you AA the faster you do up to a cap. .-. It would work better than just,"Oop, I damaged an enemy, my Lethal Tempo activated, better try to us-oh, okay. I was too slow. Its on CD now."

I get what they were going for, wanting to give it a CD but honestly, that just amounts to it being really shitty.

They already confirmed it's getting heavily reworked or replaced in the future because it isn't working out, but they have no plans to do it soon because it isn't a balance issue, it's just not used.

Xayah has a really good way to use it, you shoot a feather through while distanced and it starts the tempo activation, by the time it kicks in you start the trade -- so you can get the full benefit without the drawback (sometimes)..

But yeah, crappy keystone. Would like to see fervor instead.
