camera map location binds

so was thinking you know how F1, F2, F3, F4 etc is tied to a champion? what if we could select a spot on the map we want each key to go to. as a jungler I could rotate by pressing each key and see which lane I should assist.

also are the keys randomly assigned or do each correspond with a champion class I haven't tried them yet.

just a bit less troublesome since sometimes your team mates might not be in lane. or come late game everyone is all over the place.
