annie mains are probably the worst.
nothing is more annoying that a person who prides himself on maining one of the most broken champions with 0 counterplay and crying when they lose.

Harass her when you see her use her stun charge, if she isn't using it then simply poke her using long range skills and push the wave. LEARN TO PLAY THE DAMN GAME INSTEAD OF WHINING ABOUT CHAMPIONS!

An average Annie "noob" with less than 5 games has winrate of 52%.

not really high is like 56% plus that is what usually draws in nerfs sejuani 4.20 wick etc i dont think 54% is really high when lots of champs are very close to 54
