8 kill garen just beat
9 kill jarvan 4 kill ezreal 2 kill tryndamere
in a straight up 3v1. We knew he was in the bush. We coordinated. We all went in at the same time.
3v1 we still lost. Please explain to me how this makes any sense.

lol looking at th ematch... it's a lvl 16 garen vs a 12 Trynd and Ezreal, and a 13 J4... Then 3 completed items + Tabis vs to their 4 completed items amongst them. aw heck let's round it up to 5 because of all the partials. and none of them built tank... vs a jgugernaut... and j4 was building lethality.

The short story is that the Garen had 3-4 level lead over the others in the fight, Tryndamere was getting stomped all game by Garen and starts the fight giving up half his hp, Ezreal puts out very little DPS, and Jarven flag-n-drags in then mostly just runs around doing nothing (I think I counted 3 auto attacks in the entire duration of the fight). In the end, the full hp Ezreal kills the Garen.

lol, he was full of shit.
first of all, they didnt even start that fight coordinated, but arrived at different times, while garen was already fighting tryn, and tryn was down to 2/3 hp when they all got involved.
ignite just finished the tryn off, after he tried to escape with his own ult running.
second, they didnt even lose that considering that they got almost a full 1000 shutdown gold onto the ezreal.

just fyi... the levels at the end of the game reflect the levels.. AT THE END OF THE GAME
chances are this fight wasn't the final fight of the game that lost them the nexus
it did seem to happen 2 min before the end of the game so changes are the levels were close to that
he had a 3k gold lead ( so one item) on each of you whan that fight happens
that being said... your combined gold of 3 champions was over double what he had.

becuase he inatly is pretty much immune to CC unless u have multiple ccing abilties one of which your 3 champs had
i didnt see the fight but i can guess based on you saying what happened was that it happened at the 24 min mark 2 min before the game ended.
the only champs that can kill garen are those that can kite him with multiple slows on next to no cooldown like

the garen has 205 cs in a 26 minute game. op had 90.
the game couldnt have lasted longer after that fight. if youre not absolutely terrible like op and his team, youre going to take down garen with 3 people, especially when one of them is a highly mobile adc.
he literally just outfarmed them and had a 4 level advantage. thats it. you could have done that on any top lane carry.
if that was the tryndamere instead of a garen the game would have been over just off that farm advantage alone.
i wonder how the fucking ezreal even died in that scenario. he must have e'd into the garens face with the villain mark on him. i mean think about it. jarvan ults and garen is locked down. how does the ezreal even get into range to be killed? all he has to do is stand outside the arena and auto attack and throw q's.

You forgot to add in just how many levels he was up on you.
It does reflect the end of the match, but 2 minutes was the last time i could tell they 3v1'd him... which is most likely still not much change in his level. Plus, it's a juggernaut. They build 1 damage item, and then tank.
They built no tank vs him. No tank busting items. Then tried to take him down with two squishy melee champions. As for double the money he had. I'd say that being barely completed damage items vs someone with a couple of completed items is not going to end well for you.
It's little to do with Garen in this case. Plenty of champions will do what Garen did.

Because 1- All 3 of you were behind in gold, 2. Depending on when the fight happened he had at least Tabi, potentially 
too, You were the only one of your 3 teammates with any armor (tabi), Also, if you all went in at once he could get max value out of his W and block a ton of the initial damage and also get the spin off on at least you and trynd.
Unfortunately this happens sometimes when a champ like garen, darius, illaoi are very fed.
OneMustFall1 votesThe point I believe the OP is trying to make is that Garen is overtuned and I believe that point to be valid. He does too much damage to be not only be as naturally tanky as he is but to regen health the way he does in lane. Garen is very difficult to kill at any stage in the game but he has no problem with completely shredding two or three people with a full tank build.

I really hate the fact low Elo doesn't get garen he's a simple champ with simple defeat mechanisms. You had no viable cc locked from champ select and engaged stupidly. Consider that next time.
Want some more anti garen tips? Because I'm pissed watching my champ get gutted for you Muppets. So here you go:
Keenen and Teemo melt garen to non relevance in lane phase.
Urgot destroys him.
Darius makes him his bytch.
GP zones him with barrels.
ADC tops wreck his ability.
Poke him every 10 seconds in any capacity to render his passive obselete.
ANY form of cc, preferably tanky, makes him irrelevant split pushing or TFing.
Any decent ADC with a peeling support melts him mid/late game. Ever tried catching a stormrazor jhin with garen? Cutting your wrists is more fun.
You're welcome for me helping to make you better players. If you follow my advice you might get out of Iron league next season......
