Why is this ok? This is more cost efficient than most FULLY BUILT ITEMS THAT COST OVER 3k GOLD.

Like wtf? If yo build it vs an ad champ its like you got almost 2 kills worth of gold on them out of thin air (costs 1100 and is worth arond 1600 = 500 gold out of thin air), and it builds into the best item in the game (hourglass).

LIke what is the weakness? How has this allowed to be so overpowered for so long? If you compare this to hexdrinker (ad equivalent vs ap champs) is just a bad joke (more expensive, not even 100% gold efficient, cooldown on part of its stats).

because ability power usually doesn't become efficient until mid to late game since you need cdr and xp to make it matter.

You seem to conviently forget (or misunderstand) that the item requires stacks. Jaurums fist gets a free 400g, are you complaining about it too?

Avanced items as a whole are more cost efficient than completed ones.

item 1038 item 3024 item 3028 item 3155 Are all above 105% efficient WITHOUT THE NEED TO STACK THEM

Besides which, armguard's efficiency gets dumped in favor of the active effect of item 3157 anyway

you do know that item 3042 has 138.54% gold efficiency without even counting it's passive and no other mana items? why aren't you complaining about it? or item 3027 that when fully stacked reaches well over 150% gold efficiency. Or even better item 3041 who when fully stacked reaches over 250% gold efficiency? stacking items are meant to be stupidly high gold efficient when fully stacked and unlike other stacking items item 3191 is a component that most people don't even sit on since item 3157 is so much better due to the active.
