Can we put blasting wand back in the build path for Rabadon's?

What annoys me the most about the new Rabadon's build path is there aren't many items that build out of needlessly large rod. Blasting wand, on the other hand, is a component for a lot of AP items in this game, and if you decide you want a different item you have a lot to choose from. You don't have the flexibility with the new Rabadon's build path. Once you get that needlessly large rod your options are extremely limited as to what you can build it into.

I would agree, but at the same time, Rabadons is very powerful and having it build out of something so limited makes it a commitment to buy, reducing your effect until you finish it. It'd be pretty annoying watching Ahri build a blasting wand and then all of the sudden next back she has a Rabadons; now you can expect the power spike and compensate.
