Kayle and varus post.

In the pbe Guinshoo is getting a nerf on his damage multiplier (4x to 2,5x). This nerf is especially aimed to kaisa and yi which is good. Varus is one of the best user of this item because his W on hit playstyle is the only one that work. A nerf to rageblade will turned him to max q and get lethality/ER but that playstyle got nerfed when they give power to his Aa because Q gameplay was toxic. Varus isn't a mobile adc so his late dps should be more than lucian or kai'sa (which isn't). If someone like his Aa playstyle, well now is even more weak. I come to two solution but in both case his passive is buffed. Revert the passive nerf. His W active refound (20-25-30-35-40% ACTUAL cdr if varus kill a champion with W. Half if he get an assist.) 1 his W now has an AD scale which will make him more toward Ad build so he can get sustained item like botrk. 2 his Q cast time scale down with atk speed (min cast time 0,5s), this buff will allow varus to build atk speed item but making him allowed to full use Q during teamfight and making him to what a Sniper player like. Making point 1 and 2 together is too much and will make him a little bit toxic. Kayle is one of the highest winrate of top lane but she has a low popularity. Kayle should be an hyper carry but the guinshoo nerf will make her late game a too much weaker. Kayle is going to suffer double than varus because her on hit dmg scale both ap and ad and he got ap ratio into 3 his skill and ad ratio in 2 her skill. Guinshoo got a nerf in both ad and ap part and kayle is going to suffer a LOT by this. Kayle meanwhile got an alternative build (aka support) but this is not what she should be designed. She's not the master yi support. She's the ranged Ap part of Adc. She should dominate lategame and not support other to do this. I didn't think at a real way to buff kayle that's not a number buff but I would like if his E and Q got +10% ap scale and his W heal (if cast on herself) +20%. Also his Ad for level should be up again to 2,8. I know that kayle is up for a VGU but if nunu got a nerf despite he's going to get a VGU why kayle should't get a buff?

P.s. I'm not good as number but I think that kayle should get that number as buff. Another think that I would like to see is a buff to her base atk speed so she can only get a buff on her E rather than all of her kit.
