If you play an AP champ and are having trouble last hitting, try putting some flat AD in your runes or starting with Dorans Blade instead of Dorans Ring. In the grand scheme they are only important at the early levels, both still give HP, and the Dorans Blade pays for itself if it helps you pick up more CS
Godhri2 votesuh.... Flat AD runes would be a huge waste. You are better off just learning to CS better. It's not that hard. The Dorans switch idea isn't a bad one but still, I think it better that you learn how to cs better rather than trying to minimize your issue with alternatives.

Godhri2 votesJust a difference of opinion. I mean, if the skill disparity is significant enough between you and your opposing laner then odds are, these nuances with regards to cs won't matter much in the long run. It's really only when there is a small disparity that these things actually matter.
Slack King2 votesI wouldnt go as far as getting the blade, as the dorans ring mana regen is still much better and getting an extra pot since the lifesteal doesnt help you when youre chunked out and zoned away from lifestealing back up
But the AD runes is spot on, also make sure you take savagery
