Veigar New E Stun

Virgin Ray··1 votes·245 views

I was thinking a new stun should be .75 delay, but after 2 seconds or whatever it eventually caves in, making it easier for veigar to land his abilities, or having a champ burn their flash or a blink ability. If you get hit by the E while it caves in you get stunned.
