Solution to horrible matchmaking in non-ranked games
Either fix 'Normal MMR' or remove it and replace it with ranked MMR so we can have more fair/balanced Nexus Blitz or any other non-ranked games instead these dumb matchmakings.

Yeah...the big problem that op fails to realize is that the majority of NA players do not play ranked. I think I remember seeing in a Quick Gameplay Thoughts post that ranked solo queue only has a ~35% playrate in NA. If over half of your players don't have a ranked MMR, you have to have some other baseline for matching them together.
