Suggestions for dealing with Lux

Her passive now deals 10+5*level. So a 54 damage per proc nerf at level 18.

Her E is now 10% slower to land and no longer slows after it has been detonated, but costs 70/80/90/100/110 mana (5 less per rank up to 20 total reduction).

Ult CD is now 75/60/45s, but is no longer effected by CDR. This would allow people a 15s larger window late game against Lux as her CD caps at 30s. But it is also 5s lower per rank (currently 80s/65s/50s).

I feel like these change will trim off some of her excess power that Thunderlord's gave her and will help give people more counter play without playing either a super tank or super mobile champ. And quite honestly, these are very mild changes.

As a Lux player It's really hard to deal with utility champs and afk farm mechanics like lissandra, zed, Orianna, Lulu or Veigar. Most lux players are heavily reliant on snowballing lane to the point of missing out on CS and overextending, although it is quite hard to overextend as her. J4 and any CC jungler will shire on lux when the creep wave is near their tower. And a lot of mid matchups don't even build ROA , Athene's or Abyssal and go straight DMG wondering why they are getting creamed. The lane is mostly about surviving it rather than stomping it

It doesn't matter I'm talking counter play standards here. There is very little counter play to her kit. Hence people with even less counter play beat her. But the thing is, most champs that don't have counter play have a downside. Lux really doesn't have one. She can just Q a jungler and walk away. I mean she isn't stupid broken, but she does need some counter play and her poke damage does need to be toned down. Both of which I addressed with my changes. Lux doesn't have a window at any point. These changes are aimed at taking away from her late game while easing her in lane phase a little with the mana reductions and allow people with greater than 0 ping to walk away from her E.

lux counterplay is to dodge her binding, then all in her, as the thing is on an almost 10 second cooldown and she has a low base movement speed with no mobility. youre welcome.

you also have no idea how balance works. it already starts at nefing her passive lategame, when her lategame isnt an issue. all of this combined wouldnt shave off some power, this would trash her.

shaving off some pwoer would mean not letting her get 1k gold for free by midgame for buying frost queens, and making an auto attack on her passive not grant 2 thunderlord stacks.
