Is Duskblade overloaded?

Duskblade of Draktharr Stats +55 attack damage +10% cooldown reduction Passive UNIQUE: +21 Lethality (13.07 − 21 (based on level) armor penetration) UNIQUE – NIGHTSTALKER: After being unseen for at least 1 second, your next basic attack against an enemy champion deals 30 − 150 (based on level) bonus on-hit physical damage and Slow icon slows by 99% for 0.25 seconds. The enhanced attack lasts 5 seconds after being seen by an enemy champion. UNIQUE: When spotted by an enemy ward or traps, gain Blackout over a 400-unit radius for 8 seconds (90 second cooldown). UNIQUE – BLACKOUT: You disable surrounding wards, as well as exposing stealthed wards and traps. The effects linger for 2 seconds after you walk away. Melee basic attacks instantly kill wards or traps revealed by Blackout. Blackout does not extend over terrain.

Doesn't this seem a little too all around?

It's supportive utility, armor pen, 55 AD, 10% CDR and bonus damage on-hit.

Only costs 2900 gold, though it seems like it could be a centerpiece to builds like how Trinity Force is.

it is definitely overloaded. assassins dont even need the blackout passive it totally nulls teemos kit it goes against riots philosophy of no item should null a champs kit why not enable using a pink ward to null akalis shroud while they are at it its the same thing. I bet they put that blackout passive for funsies just to watch people rage.

Yeah but assassins were nerfed to compensate for them having this nutty busted item, so now if they don't build it the champions are just awful. They're all totally reliant on this item first or 2nd.

Duskblade was introduced to be the deathcap of AD Assassins, but now it's their core first item

It should really be 2 itemsat this point
