Mana problems

Bone plating is stupidly overpowered right now. And poke mages can't break through Second Wind.

Want to shove lane? Run out of mana Want to fight the other mid laner? Run out of mana, can't shove wave. Forced to recall.

Didn't ban Yasuo? Spam q shove wave and ignore you. Literally nothing you can do about it except OOM, recall and hope your jungler doesn't suck.

Might be the culprit here. Maybe lower cooldowns on Arcane comet or Summon Aery, because bone plating and second wind have become meta.
