Pretty much, they have low gold skill but spam meta strong-op champions or stuff that inexperienced players are bad at dealing with. Unfortunately, while this will make you climb it just means they'll never get better past a certain point because they've never practiced anything beyond scrub pubstomping and beating boosted players at a 51-55% rate.
