Why don't more people get crystalline flask on Ezreal?

ADC ezreal I mean. When I see people play him, the amount of mana he goes through is absolutely insane. Wouldn't this save you more gold throughout the game? Instead of wasting gold on tear and mana pots every time you back now you can actually save up for Trinity/Gauntlet.

Not having a doran's blade for your first few minutes as an adc is a mistake.

Not having mana to use abilities on an ADC that relies heavily on them is also a mistake.
