So Since Quinn's Q is getting the Grave's smokescreen treatment

What does everyone think about the same thing being done to Teemo? An ability that makes you miss your Autoattacks is very arbitrary as far as game feel goes. It barely feels like it's actually there, but looking at Nocturne's ult and Grave's new W, THOSE feel powerful. Those feel like actual blind abilities.

Plus, it could make more sense thematically, like maybe the Blinding Dart doesn't blind you, but messes with your sense (For the purposes of champions like Rek'sai and Lee Sin who don't have eyes(although in Rek'sai's case, she could still "see" people through tremor sense))

The design team already seems to be trying to see just how far they can take these new reduced vision mechanics, such as with Tahm's W, Grave's W, and Quinn's Q. So do you think Teemo should take a crack at having a true blind? I feel like it would actually give him Teamfighting presence and give him distinction beyond "lol I put shrooms all over this side of the map lolololololol"

The new Q effect is op Very op If teemo gets it, everyone will delete teemo files from their computers

Maybe some base damage nerfs to compensate?

Quinn's new Q no longer blinds, but it has nothing to do with altering enemy vision. It targets them for her Harrier passive and has an execute scaling for damage. What is this "Graves' smokescreen treatment"?

Read the PBE notes.

Teemo blind now causes the enemy to become high on shrooms and hallucinate, their vision radius is impaired and they see random mushroom explosions that deal "fake" damage. The enemy champion that is effected by the blind effect and caught in one of the fake shroom explosions see themselves taking damage but they are not actually taking the damage and will recover once the effect wears off but of course you could have some of your real shrooms hidden in the mix so they don't know what is real damage is what is not.

Also after a certain threshold of fake damage is delt the enemy champion hears a constant teemo laugh for the remaining duration of the blind.

Shrooms also apply a slightly weaker version that stacks up in intensity up to 5 times and lasts much longer.
