You literally cannot punish him after these retarded changes.
He now permanently has soldiers up, they hit a lot faster, and his damage after Q is totally fucked up because the clumping of the soldiers compounded with the attack speed buff does a fuck ton of damage after the Q lands.
I don't understand how these changes went through.

I'm pretty sure someone else has been playing on that account. It was probably either elo boosting, or his friend, since a silver wouldn't manage to get an 80% ryze winrate on top of the same with Azir. You should send the name of the player to the RIOT support to investigate weather the account was elo boosted or not. Since in Ardent cancer meta being a silver II jinx main was basicly impossible. Picking up Azir, wouldn't boot the player up to platinum, since Ardent censer was far more broken.

I don't assume, I know they did. Since lower elo players catch on to the circkle jerk before everyone else, because they see it on pro's/streamers. There wasn't an elo in wich Ardent Cancer wasn't a priority after it caught on.
