I miss ADC.
Champion like 
who basically can't do much because of how overpriced and weak crit item are. I play Ashe and i'm tired to see 
as basic ADC on bot lane.. and rest left to dust because favoritism.

is the exact same price as their previous power spike and gives them even more reliable burst than before, dealing shiv crits with mixed damage every single time. Coupled with Hail of Blades letting them spec into full AD instead of splitting their stats in runes and providing more burst yet.
And making up 80% of the botlane picks isn't enough apparently. God forbid marksmen be optional like every other class in the game.
