Resistances vs. conqueror, Dominik's and IE
I'm a bit lazy to do the maths, but it seems like building armor / MR will feel bad now... conqueror + IE = 40% true damage? and the rest ignore 35% armor. Building health instead? Beware BoRK buff.

Only 2 champions in the entire game (Yasuo+Tryndamere) are going to ever have BOTH conqueror and Infinity Edge at the same time. Draven SOMETIMES takes Conq nowadays, but even then it is still currently in niche status last I checked. Yasuo already dunks tanks so it really isn't going to change anything. I would wait until we see what changes they have in store for Randuins before we make judgments on tanks vs IE.
