Silly Passives (We need more of 'em!)

So in this Discussion I'd like to make a list of joke passives that Riot could add to the game. "Joke passives? What's that?"

Did you know that Nidalee gives lower leveled champions 1 point of experience every second? It's true!

Also, if a team has more than one ninja champion, each ninja loses 1 max health per extra ninja. An homage to the concept that a single ninja is unstoppable, but if you have multiple ninjas they instead become canon fodder.

I love these little hidden interactions, practically jokes by the developers, so let's make some ourselves.

• : If a Lucian is on the enemy team, Thresh starts with 1 soul before the game starts. He loses 1 soul the first time enemy Lucian kills him.

• : When Tahm Kench kills a yordle with his Devour, he obtains a buff that describes the flavor of the champion. (Teemo) "Soft and chewy, flavorful but with a bitter aftertaste of mushroom."(Poppy) "Tough and heavy in the stomach, but a hint of ... candy-cane?"

• If a Shaco and a Jinx laugh in unison, the sound of the shower scene from Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho can be barely heard.
