It's morde's unique kit which is why you don't see him more. Most of the bugs aren't even big should they actually occur.

Yeah I saw that list and only a few are actually big but the fact that they are rare is what matters. Shen having his ult not work correctly once got a rematch but for how much he is played it didnt come up enough to matter. Same with morde. Having bugs is awkward but it's not like they are happening enough for it to matter.

except mordes are happening enough for it to matter. mainly because he has soooooo many bugs your almost guaranteed to get 1 major bug a match at this point

He doesn't even have many actual bugs that affect gameplay going through the list again. Quite a few aren't even bugs it's just things someone wants changed. Once you dump out the random things and animation bugs he's got about maybe 10 or less bugs that actually affect his gameplay and only a few could even determine if you got kill or not. Hell just saying his ult isn't applying stats and passive correctly erases over half the bugs from the list. I'm all for identifying problems but it's kind of silly to list redundant things and claim it's a lot. Shen's ult not working is a major bug because of it's long cooldown. Morde having a chance to not heal or generate shield being just as rare isn't major because it's a low cooldown and you most likely won't even notice unless you watch a replay.
