1 year later how many people who actually have good enough hardware to play he game are in iron

iron is the island of misfit toys. i got placed there but not even a week later, i got out. then i goyt hard stuck b4 until i spammed yorick and hit silver. im curious if bronze is just as bad as it was 1 year ago or is it like silver last year.im also curious if there's even people who actually know the game that are hardstuck iron.
