Well Rito kinda nerfs him every patch....

item 3194 moving to 20% = nerf to fiddle.

I think he is the most indirectly nerfed champ.

But hey we need to fix the same champs over and over instead of looking at him.

its like can't have any buffs because they remove them after one day on the PBE
