Kind of sucks how much of a difference runes make IMO.
Like imagine this. You play an assassin and you forget to take electrocute or dark harvest. Or you're playing an ADC and you forget to take bloodline and much more.

Assassins can still play without red tree primary, as well as adcs without yellow tree But forget smite on a jungler and you are in a world of pain for 15 minutes
they can play without them until u realize electrocute would have won that skirmish. the difference is actually huge.
I think the game would be in a much better state if keystones were just renoved. They offer nothing but unnecessary power.
