As far as I'm concerned that person is responsible for the major reasons as to why the game is in a garbage state (ADC main would be my guess). Doesn't matter that they stopped doing these updates - damage has been done.

But the thing is, people will always say the game is in a garbage state. Saying it's in a garbage state is pointless, since the meta will change and the same people who say that Trist needs nerfs now will be saying that Malz/Sona/Insert champion here is what's making the game garbage.
You're not adding anything to the discussion. Put up ideas of how to fix things, no matter how flawed these ideas may be, instead of just playing the blame game

Metas are always 100% ADC centered.

I was saying that the assassins were crushing adc's because you were talking about how only adc mains are enjoying the game currently, so I pointed out that not that long ago they were on the bottom of the pile. I'm not saying it's fair, I'm just saying that ADC's do not always define the meta.
