For an immobile support with so much delay on her kiting spells, I think this one is justified.

I still wish Starcall cost 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana instead of 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 but what can ya do. :( But I'd love those changes too. :)

Soraka is fine in my opinion because she gets to where she needs to be with her new passive (70%+ movespeed towards a low HP ally pls). When it comes to playing her, I don't agree with how much Q harass costs because it eats up all the mana I want to use to heal but every champion needs weaknesses. Hers is having to manage how often you heal/harass. :)

agreed she needs more movement speed even it they lower her passive down from 70% to 60% at least increase her base. Also reduce the CDR on her ult, and make it 120 all ranks, instead of 160,140,120.

They need to remove the mana cost on her heal, it already cost her % health and it doesnt even heal for as much as it takes. Or maybe give her old Karma's passive where she gains Ap per % missing health.

"doesn't even heal for as much as it takes". Stop building her tank and it will. Its AP ratio is insane, make use of it.

-Increased Movement speed by 10.

-Every spell damage reduced to 1/2/3/4/5.

that is why Rammus is the best person to play Soraka with, because all you have to do is let him get low and then both of you can run away at light speed.

Honnestly I don't think her base movementspeed is the problem. The problem lies in her passive:

Soraka gains 70% movement speed when moving towards allied champions below 40% of their maximum health who are outside of Astral Infusion's range.

Her movementspeed buff drops instantly ones she comes in Astral Infusion's range what makes it almost impossible to land vs more mobile mobility creeps. If they would change the range of the passive to 500 or letting it slowly declay while in Astral Infusion's range would be a lot more suitable to play her.
