OMG enemy picked full AD team and we have 3 tanks

I thought about that myself. Sadly when you think of the Go-TO or the cookie cutter build paths a lot of AD champs go, it normally includes items with armor pend or lethality so stacking armor isn't a guaranteed win.

Also, there are the tank shredder %HP items and abilities that add into that so that even high health doesn't matter as much...
