Stormraider's Surge buffs on PBE has me a little hyped about taking the mastery more and I play Kha'Zix mostly. His base movement speed being 350, how would movespeed bonuses stack with say:
Boots of Swiftness: +65 Furor Enchant: 12% Stormraider's Surge - 40% Phage passive: +20 or +60 on kill/assist

Strawberrycocoa1 votesPercent Move speed stacks, I believe, multiplicatively, and all move speed has a soft cap at a certain point that applies diminishing returns after. I'm pretty sure with those move speed options you have listed, Boots of Swiftness isn't going to add much and you'd be better off with Mercs or Tabi.
