Is ziggs in a good state right now?

I play him a lot and jsut wondering.

Also, while im at it, vel koz seems to be one of the best examples of a balanced champion. Does anyone agree?

no doubt someone will come and mention how useless and underwhelming ziggs is, but I think he still has merit in the mid lane.

I think hes very useful throughout the game but then again, im in bronze.

Ziggs is an Amazing mage, His kit provides full AoE damage and his passive lets you chunk a nice part of Turret health. He has so many tricks up his sleeve and his Waveclear mid game is Awesome. His ult also comes in handy for "Ganking" bot or top lane. So yes, he is a pretty good mage.

And as for Vel'koz, yes i think he is very balanced. you actually need to use skill in order to hit most of your abilities. And his CC is only a plus. A very good addition to most team comps. Also he makes for really Good (Ahri x Vel'koz Hentai) ^_^ Enjoy your Future games and the new xxx subject. --Caytheles The Support Main

Yeah, he's in a good spot right now. A good Ziggs is still absolutely terrifying to vs, Ziggs is all about being able to land your skillshots consistently. If you can't then Ziggs is garbage and useless. He can also go toe-to-toe with Viktor and do about the equal amount of AoE damage. The pros just don't pick him because they made his Q really really difficult to land.
