The thing is when you queue up for ranked as a support, you should be educated enough about the role to understand fundamental things like this. If you don't know, you shouldn't be playing ranked. Go practice in normals or stick to your role. Role selection was added to this game for a reason.

That would have been great, except that riot did have to back peddle a little bit.

This was just of the many red flags that game. The person clearly lacked even a fundamental understanding of how to play support, yet decided to queue up for it in RANKED. This is no better than people who first time champions in ranked.

It's good on SOME supports like Vel'Koz, Brand, or Zyra. Morgana shouldn't be buying it unless she's snowballing.

Or if teammates decide to not get item 3123 item 3036 against hp stacking, rapid hp regen champs.With her Q+W+ item 3151 passive+adc hit can kill faster.
