Pretty cool champion, but I am having a hard time believing that this champion is actually going to be effective.

P: If you aren't melee you are going to have an easy time Q: Really easy to dodge W: Really easy to dodge E: Good for transportation, it doesn't do damage? R: Looked like it stunned Pantheon for a long time, does it stun? Is that how he is going to be using his P and W?

The champion just kind of seems like he is lacking more damage. Unless if his Q has like a 1.0 ratio and his ult something similar. Or Sol is a support?

I believe the Q has a .65 and the ult has a .7.

He's very good at utility. The stun can be massive and about the size of Amumu's ult when properly used. The W forces the enemy to pay attention in team fights because it will chunk you given a few hits. The ult knocks back and slows all in a quick beam. The E is amazing for ganks and for setting up a game winning Q. He's less of an upfront mid range burster, like Annie, and more of a team fight control. His Q also has a fairly low CD.

I dont think his passive + W is as easy to dodge as you think it is. Especially with item 3116
