Quality of Life Changes For Yi, Kled, Shyvana etc. Concerning The Fervor Changes

Kled has an AD ratio on his W, Yi on his E, Shyvana on her W. If they activate the ability they apply the AD ratio part of the ability upon the activation.

My concern is that after the activation of the ability, the bonus AD you get over time from Fervor doesn't get applied to it since it only counts the AD you had when you activated the ability.

This is actually huge for those champions and can single-handedly decide if the Fervor changes are a buff or a nerf for Yi and many others.

So if this isn't implemented yet, make activatable abilities with AD ratios update in real time when the champion that is using it gets more AD because of Fervor or maybe even things like Guinsoo's.
